Progressive valve SSV8 series is operated by progressive type, used for 300bar or 350bar single line grease or oil centralized lubrication system. The working principle of progressive valve SSV8 is when the lubricant enters the metering device and flows to the right-hand end of piston, the piston is moved to the left under the pressure of the lubricant, causing the lubricant ahead of the left hand end of piston dispensed to outlet number 2. Once the piston has reached its left-hand final position, the junction channel to the right-hand end and the next piston is opened. The lubricant arrives from above also moves the next piston to the left, causing the lubricant quantity ahead of the left-hand end of piston to be dispensed to outlet number7, this is half a cycle of the SSV8 progressive valve.
